Nicole Smith
Hi! I’m Nicole Smith, owner of Nicole Smith Music Studio in South Ogden, UT.
As a passionate violin/piano instructor with years of experience, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing students grow and develop their love for music.
But more important than the notes they play… are the life skills they build along the way.
Because learning violin/piano is so much more than just reading sheet music and practicing scales.
It’s about developing confidence, discipline, creativity, and perseverance.
With every lesson, students strengthen their focus, determination, and self-expression. Music provides instant positive feedback—helping them see and feel their progress, boosting their self-esteem, and encouraging a lifelong love for learning.

We offer violin/piano lessons for students of all ages, from young children (starting at age 5) to adults. Each session is custom-tailored to fit the specific age and skill level of the student.
Do I need to have a violin and piano at home to take lessons?
Having a violin and piano instrument at home is beneficial for practice, but it isn't a requirement to start lessons. We recommend the instrument as a good alternative for beginners.
How long does each lesson last, and how often do they occur?
Each lesson typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, held usually once a week at the studio in South Ogden, UT.
